Exchange policy

We're here to help.

We want you to love your jewellery. If any of the following applies within 7 days of delivery, we'll arrange an exchange at no cost to you.

01 Damaged in transitArrived broken or damaged during shipping.

03 Manufacturing defectA genuine fault in the making of the piece.
04 Quality concernsSomething isn't up to our usual standard.

Minor variations in handcrafted pieces, change of mind, or sizing preferences are part of the unique character of artisan jewellery and are not eligible for exchange. Exchange is not applicable on products delivered outside of India.

Refund policy

refund.

We prefer to make things right with an exchange — but a refund is available in these situations.

Lost in transit

If your package is lost during shipping by our courier partner, we'll issue a full refund immediately.

Cannot replace

If we're unable to provide a suitable replacement for your piece, we'll refund your purchase in full.

All approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 working days.
