Please note: Minor variations in handcrafted pieces, change of mind, or sizing preferences are part of the unique character of artisan jewelry and not eligible for exchange.Exchange is not applicable on products delivered outside of India.

Refund Policy
We prefer to make things right with an exchange, but refunds are available in these situations:
Lost in Transit
If your package is lost during shipping (by our courier partner), we'll issue a full refund immediately.
Cannot Replace
If we're unable to provide a suitable replacement for your piece, we'll refund your purchase in full.
All approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
